This section provides answers to the questions that our customers asked regarding terms and conditions of the site and anything else related to our templates.

By joining as a club member you can download all existing themes. You can also download all future Opencart templates within your membership period.

We are accepting payments from all major credit cards via PayPal.

After your payment has been completed, you can start downloading instantly. Just login to access the Member Download Area.

When your membership expires, you can still use all our templates downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee. However, in order to continue downloading our templates and access to support area renewal of your membership is required.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a trial for our templates. But you can see all of our templates and modules as a live in our demo server.

ThemeGlobal home base is in Hanoi, Vietnam but we have designers and coders working across the world.

Due to our business dealing entirely in electronic goods it is not possible for us to issue a refund once you have logged in. If you purchase a membership and our records show that you have not logged in after doing so then we will be happy to provide you with a refund. If you redistribute our templates in any way or form, your subscription will be canceled and you forfeit the right to a refund.

This is a common mistake made by our customers. They skipped one important step!

HOW TO FIX: Please re-install the module ThemeGlobal Template Name Settings.

Go to your store front site or this link: http://yoursite/themeinstall/index.php

You will get the message: "TEMPLATE HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON YOUR SYSTEM!"

Now you good to go.

If you have plan to customize our templates, modules for your clients, you are required to purchase Developer membership.

Yes. They can use the template without paying any fee to ThemeGlobal.

Template re-branding means removing the ThemeGlobal logo and back link in the template. Developer level subscribers are given this right.

Yes. Membership to the template club entitles you to access our download area for the time period of your subscription but any template you have downloaded during that time is yours to use for as long as you like.

During the term of your membership you can download as many templates as often as you like. For all basic memberships the number of domains you can use the templates on is limited by the type of subscription you subscribe to.

Templates are not licensed to remove this link. You may upgrade your account to Developer membership to remove the link, but for all Basic memberships the link must stay.

No. All ThemeGlobal templates are distributed via ThemeGlobal only. Re-selling our products is not permitted. However, you are entitled to customize templates for your clients. You are authorized to customize our OpenCart! templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our templates through any means. You may not place either ThemeGlobal! templates, in modified or unmodified form, on a removable storage medium, website, or any other medium for the purpose of redistribution. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products.

We update our themes any time we discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.

VIP Support is a premium service, this means your question or issue will receive priority care by our Support Team!

The most important features of VIP support are:

1. Minor custom work.

2. Technical consultations.

We offer support options via our ticket system. If you have a query regarding your membership please use the contact form and supply paypal transaction, user id and email address details. We do not offer phone or live skype or messenger support.
